🚓 CBD and driving

Road safety car driving signs

Although our products are 100% legal, comply with French regulations and have a THC content of less than 0.3%, caution is advised when driving.

CBD is not a narcotic. It does not cause altered states of consciousness, hallucinations, or a loss of reflexes. However, during a roadside check, current saliva tests are designed to detect traces of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) in your body.

🤓 Our recommendations for your safety:

The precautionary principle Even when consuming high-quality broad-spectrum or isolate products, the presence of minimal traces of THC (although well below the legal threshold) could technically be detected by an ultra-sensitive saliva test.

Safety first We strongly advise against driving in the hours following the consumption of CBD products, especially if you are using vaporised flowers or resins, as their effects are felt more quickly.

Transparency In the event of a check, always have your purchase invoices with you and, if possible, the certificates of analysis for your products (available on your customer account). This proves that you are consuming legal products, but it does not invalidate the result of the saliva test.

In summary: Never confuse «legality of sale» with «saliva test positivity». The best way to drive safely is to allow a reasonable amount of time between your well-being and the road.
